Took way too long because labels made no sense
I have to be honest upfront: the training and onboarding for this software took far longer than I expected, primarily because the wording and labels throughout were confusing. Many times I found myself stuck trying to figure out what certain buttons or steps actually meant. The instructions often used vague terms that didn’t clearly describe the actions required, which was frustrating and slowed me down considerably. It wasn’t just minor wording issues, but how the labels didn’t seem to match the functions they pointed to, leading me to explore trial and error more than I’d like. This was especially true with the calling tools and database setup stages. Though the automatic updates rolled in as promised, that didn’t help the initial confusion. Telephonic support could only do so much without clear terminology in the training materials themselves. Even invoicing and payment steps, which are usually straightforward, felt less intuitive because of unclear prompts. Overall, this aspect seriously impacted the time commitment needed and left me regretting how much longer the onboarding took due to these avoidable issues in wording and labeling.
