Took way more effort than I expected
Getting access to the software was nothing like what I expected going in. I thought the process would be simple and quick, but it ended up being a real hassle. First, the sign-up interface was confusing and kept logging me out unexpectedly. I spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong and had to reach out to support multiple times. When I finally got in, the layout didn’t match the screenshots I had seen before buying. It felt like I had to relearn everything on day one. Adding to my frustration, some features that were supposed to be included didn't seem available or didn’t work as expected. The automatic updates sometimes broke the interface too, which made my tasks slower. Overall, the software did not meet my expectations or the ease promised, and having to juggle tech issues while learning the system drained my enthusiasm. I wanted a smoother start but got stuck in troubleshooting mode instead, which really dampened my experience.
