I remember thinking that getting up and running with WorkFromHomeIndia would be fairly straightforward, but honestly, it took much longer than I anticipated. Signing up seemed simple, but actually navigating the software and getting familiar with the dialer and database features felt overwhelming at first. The onboarding process promised to be smooth, but it wasn't until well into the second week that I felt remotely comfortable. I used telephonic support several times, but the delays in responses didn't help speed things up. Automatic updates sometimes reset my settings, which was annoying and added to the confusion. Payment and invoicing were clear enough, but it was the time spent trying to understand the calling tools and training sections that dragged things out. Reflecting on it now, I see that the software might work better for someone more tech-savvy, but it just wasn’t the smoothest start for me. I was hoping to get going quickly, but the time investment before I felt ready was more than I bargained for. Maybe others have a better experience, but for me, the delay was frustrating and made me question whether this was the right choice for easing into remote workflows.
