took way longer than i expected to get any support
I had pretty high hopes for the telephonic support, thinking it would be quick and helpful. But honestly, it took way longer than I expected to get any kind of response. I kept waiting on hold multiple times and when I finally got through, the explanations were kind of vague and didn't really clear up my issues. Maybe the dialer tools themselves were fine, but that delay in communication really let me down. I understand things can get busy, but timely support was one of the main reasons I'd considered this software. Signing up and the payment process were okay by comparison; those steps were straightforward and normal which was the only plus here. Overall, it felt like the help I needed was always just out of reach. They definitely need to improve their support call handling and clarity when talking to customers. If the support was quicker and more on point, I might be more positive about the whole experience.
