I started using the software thinking it would be straightforward to access and operate based on the description given before signing up. However, once I began, it turned out to be quite challenging to navigate through the platform and figure out how the different features fit together. The setup process took a lot more time than I had expected, and I found myself repeatedly trying to troubleshoot basic access issues. I also noticed that some of the functionalities promised weren’t seamlessly integrated, which added to the confusion and frustration. The automatic updates didn’t always clarify what had changed, making it difficult to keep track of new features or fixes. Although telephonic support was available, the waiting time to connect and get meaningful help was disappointing. I suppose the software might be useful for others who are more patient and willing to spend time exploring, but for someone like me who values straightforwardness and quick setup, it was pretty taxing. My initial excitement declined as the reality did not match the expectations I had from the outset. If you are ready to invest a fair amount of time, maybe you’ll find some value, but I wished it was smoother.
