Took too long to understand labels and instructions

The training and onboarding process felt longer than expected because the wording and labels in the software often didn’t make immediate sense. I had to repeatedly pause and re-read instructions which slowed me down considerably. While the training videos were pretty clear, the labels on buttons and menus seemed inconsistent or unfamiliar, which was frustrating. I liked that the support was available to answer some rapid questions, although by the time I reached out, I had already spent quite a bit of time puzzling things out on my own. The calling tools did work once I finally got set up, so that was one positive. Overall, the whole thing took longer than I hoped because I wasn’t confident about what some parts did just from the wording alone. I can see this might improve with experience or if the labels were made more intuitive, but as a new user, it definitely required patience and time above what I expected.
