Took too long to get started, honestly not worth the wait
Starting with WFHI was a frustrating process for me because it took way too much time before I could even properly use the software. Signing up seemed simple at first, but after that, getting access to all the calling tools and the database felt unnecessarily delayed. The training sessions were supposed to help, but I found them repetitive and not very helpful in smoothing out the initial hiccups. I kept contacting telephonic support, but the wait times and responses didn’t exactly inspire confidence. The invoicing and payment part was okay, but that didn’t compensate for the slow onboarding. Every step seemed longer than it needed to be, and I was left wondering if this was really going to be worth my time. Even the automatic updates caused interruptions during key moments when I was trying to get familiar with the dialer software. It felt like the process was more complicated than it should have been, turning what should have been a straightforward start into a test of patience. I’d tell a friend that the whole thing dragged on too much and the benefits barely showed up early on. Honestly, I’m still not sure if this will end up being useful given how it started out.
