Took too long to fit actual work timings

I found that the sales process for WFHI’s software took quite a bit longer than I expected, especially given my actual working hours. The onboarding discussions and setup calls were scheduled at times that didn’t align well with when I’m available, which made the initial steps frustrating for me. Although the software itself seems fine, the waiting around for confirmations and documentation did not suit my schedule. This lag ended up affecting how quickly I could start using the tools and the training sessions. My experience shows that if your working hours are constrained or irregular, the initial purchase and setup phase might take more time than anticipated. I would advise anyone to check how these timings will fit before committing, as it could add unnecessary delays. The billing and payment side was transparent enough but didn’t compensate for the slow early interactions. A faster pacing for the sales and pre-purchase steps that suit various schedules would be beneficial for users who need more flexibility.
