Took time but worth figuring out
When I first explored the sales and pre-purchase information, it wasn’t immediately clear how every feature of the software and training would fit my needs. I had to spend a good amount of time reading through the documents and attending a few calls to piece together the details that mattered most to me. The sign-up and invoicing process was explained but not fully elaborated, so I had to figure out some nuances on my own, like when to expect updates and how payments are invoiced specifically. This wasn’t a huge hurdle, just something to note if you prefer everything laid out upfront. However, once I put the pieces together, everything was logical and consistent, and I felt comfortable moving forward. The initial time investment was a little more than I wished but it paid off in understanding the software’s capabilities and the support offered. So, while the information at first needed digesting, the thoroughness gave me confidence in the product in the end, despite a few open questions that got clarified gradually during onboarding.
