Took time and effort, but still not fully confident
Going through the training and onboarding required a decent amount of effort, and I ended up feeling only somewhat confident. Some of the materials and sessions were useful and helped me understand the basics. However, certain parts of the process were confusing and lacked clarity, which made me doubt if I was using the tools correctly. The pace was a bit fast for me at times. I appreciate the availability of telephonic support, though even that didn’t fully clear up all my questions by the end of the onboarding. Overall, it was a struggle, and I’m not completely confident yet.
