Took some time to get used to support style
Honestly, the support was helpful but it took me a while to really get a hang of how much they expect you to do on your own before stepping in. I mean, the telephonic assistance was decent once I figured out the kind of questions they expect and how to explain my issues clearly but getting to that comfort level took a lot more time than I anticipated. The automatic updates are a neat feature though, they just happen quietly without disrupting work which is great. I spent a fair chunk of my initial days just trying to navigate the software, the dialer, and database features by trial and error. Even the invoicing and payment process was straightforward but again, I had to spend some time understanding the flow of things. The thing is, I do appreciate the quality of support once you know how to engage with it properly but maybe a bit more proactive communication could have made things easier early on. Overall, it’s positive but definitely not zero effort from my side to make it all click.
