Took some effort to get the hang of it, might need help again
Learning the software dashboard and understanding all the workflows required a bit more time than I expected. The training content was informative, but certain modules, especially involving the database sync and call integrations, felt somewhat overwhelming at first. I figured out most features on my own by trial and error, but I suspect I might need to reach out for support again the next time I go through a similar update or new training batch. It isn’t complicated exactly, just that the pace of learning demands patience. Still, I appreciate that the available resources are thorough, so with some extra effort, it’s manageable. I'm prepared to get assistance if really needed next time.
