Took some effort to get started
The onboarding process was mostly smooth, but I felt there were a couple of steps that could have been clearer. After signing up, the initial training module was easy to follow, and I appreciated the effort to cover all basics. However, transitioning from one section to another sometimes felt a bit disjointed. Despite that, I got the hang of it eventually and feel ready to start using the software effectively.
