The software itself was straightforward in terms of installation and access, but the order of steps took a bit of time to get used to. I had to revisit a few parts to understand what came next, which wasn’t a big deal but did require patience. For example, setting up the calling tools before importing the database felt slightly out of sequence. However, once through, the flow made sense and I appreciated the logical grouping of tasks. The dialer integration worked well once configured, and the automatic updates didn’t cause much disruption. Signing up was fairly standard, and the invoicing system was clear with no surprises. The onboarding training helped bridge any gaps in understanding, though it wasn’t overly intensive. Overall, while I wouldn’t say it was instantly intuitive, the effort I put in to figure it out made the software easier to use as time went on, which I think is a fair trade-off for a system of this nature. I don’t feel it made things complicated, just that some of the steps could be reordered to save time during initial setup.
