Took some effort to fix issues, but manageable with mild reservation
Using the WFHI software generally met my needs, but when things went wrong, it demanded quite some effort to address the problems effectively. For example, during one busy week, the dialer functionality unexpectedly lagged, which disrupted my workflow. I had to delve into the database settings and experiment with several configurations to restore proper synchronization between the client contacts and calling tool. The automatic updates helped by ensuring the software remained current, but they also introduced small glitches occasionally, requiring me to roll back and reinstall certain components. The telephonic support staff were reachable and patient, walking me through troubleshooting steps systematically, which I appreciated, although I wished some of the technical issues were explained more clearly from the outset. I found the onboarding and training helpful for understanding the general use, but real-world application revealed areas where deeper guidance would have improved efficiency. Payment and invoicing proceeded smoothly without hiccups; that part was straightforward. Overall, the software maintained stability after the initial hurdles, and while I managed to resolve the problems, I do hold a slight reservation about the effort needed versus the software’s complexity. It is usable but not flawless, requiring users to be somewhat proactive and engaged beyond training material.
