Took quite some time to figure things out myself
I have to say that the training and onboarding process left me doing quite a bit of figuring out on my own, which took up more time than I initially expected. While some parts of the initial introduction were helpful, like the basics of using the calling tools, I found that a lot of the features were not fully explained, forcing me to experiment quite a bit. This trial and error approach wasn’t ideal given that I was hoping to quickly get comfortable with the database and dialer integration. A small reservation I have is that there seemed to be minimal follow-up or personalized guidance during onboarding; most support felt generic and sometimes delayed. The good part was that automatic updates seemed to work without needing much intervention from me and the sign-up and payments process was straightforward and painless. But overall, the experience required more independent learning than I anticipated, making the whole adjustment phase longer for me. I think with a bit more detailed training focus on the advanced features, future customers might find it less time consuming to get up to speed and more satisfying to use from the start.
