Took quite a while to get through all the sales steps
My experience started with the sign-up process, which was a bit more time-consuming than I expected. First, there was the initial inquiry stage, where I got a lot of information but some of it felt repetitive and out of order. Then, I had to go through multiple calls to clarify details about the software features before any kind of invoice came through. The billing discussion itself came pretty late in the process, and I think it would have been better to sort that earlier since I was quite keen to understand payment timelines upfront. Following that, the onboarding and training steps were spread across several sessions, rather than being bundled neatly. The invoice and payment procedures eventually were clear, but arriving there felt slow and a bit disjointed because the sales steps didn’t seem organized logically. I literally spent longer than I wanted trying to piece together the exact service I was signing up for before I got a proper rundown. So from start to finish, the time it took felt longer than necessary, which was frustrating for someone ready to get cracking.
