Took quite a stretch to get things rolling
I decided to try the sign-up and the initial software onboarding steps expecting a smooth flow, but honestly, it demanded a lot more patience than I had imagined. The order of steps wasn’t very intuitive; jumping between entering information and confirmation felt disjointed. I spent a long time trying to figure out where to place my details and how the database feature linked with the dialer tool. That part did seem okay once I wrapped my head around it, and the automatic updates seemed reliable in their timing. Unfortunately, the invoice and payment portion added a layer of confusion because it wasn’t clear when my subscription would actually activate. I thought the telephonic support might help speed things up but got caught up in wait times occasionally, which was frustrating. All this made the whole setup effortful, and I ended up feeling it was more hassle than I expected for the software side of things. Still, I think with some tweaks to the onboarding sequence, it could be less stressful for new users like me.
