Took quite a bit of time to feel confident
Honestly, yaar, it took much longer than I expected to feel comfortable with the whole training and onboarding process. At first, I thought I’d be ready in no time, but the sessions were kind of overwhelming. The software interface seemed complicated, especially when I had to use the dialer and calling tools repeatedly without much explanation. The database feature was okay, I guess, but integrating it smoothly into my workflow was a challenge. The training did cover a lot, but it felt like there was too much happening at once, and I wasn't sure if I was grasping everything properly. I tried calling support a couple of times; they were helpful but didn't always give me detailed guidance, so I ended up figuring some things out myself. After a long while, I started to feel a bit more confident navigating through automatic updates and understanding the sign-up and payment flow. But honestly, it took way more hours than I expected, and by the end, I wasn’t totally sure I had the hang of everything. I feel like I might need to revisit the training or ask for more help before I’m fully comfortable using all the features. It’s not that the training was bad, just that it didn’t really get me ready as fast as I thought it would. Overall, it was a slow journey, and I’m still kind of unsure about some parts of the software even now.
