Took more time than expected to figure out sales process
The sales and pre-purchase process took considerably longer than I had anticipated. While the initial sign-up and invoicing was relatively straightforward, I found that much of the product's capabilities and features were not immediately clear from the sales materials provided. I had to spend additional time experimenting with the software and reviewing training modules on my own to fully understand what I had purchased. The documentation could have been more detailed upfront to help me make an informed decision faster. Communication with the sales team was polite but often required follow-up to clarify specific points about the product's limitations and functionalities. The time invested in understanding the software before I could confidently use it was longer than I expected, which made the whole buying experience feel somewhat slow. Nevertheless, once I got past that, the software performed well for the tasks it was designed for. So while the purchase itself was easy, understanding what I was getting took work on my part and could be improved by providing more thorough guidance from the start.
