Took more time than expected figuring sales details out
I came into the process expecting the sales side to be straightforward with clear explanations and guidance from the start, but it turned out I had to work quite a bit on my own to understand some of the payment and subscription nuances. I thought there would be more proactive info available upfront, but instead I spent additional hours going through documentation and emails to clarify what was included in different packages. The sign-up was easy enough, yet the invoicing details and explanations about recurring payments took longer than I anticipated. What I appreciated was that once I got past those initial questions, the rest of the sales and onboarding flow became much smoother and more transparent. The communication was polite and timely but not always fully informative, which caused some initial confusion. Compared to other software services where sales is more guided, I felt this was more self-driven, which is fine for experienced buyers but might slow down newer users. At least the support team did respond well when I reached out for specific clarifications. Overall, the sales process was positive but I wish the upfront info about pricing and billing was clearer to save time and avoid guesswork.
