Took more effort to adjust than I hoped
Compared to what I'd used previously, the software had a cleaner interface and the automatic updates were a nice touch, keeping things current without my intervention. That was a clear improvement. However, the initial sales and onboarding felt like more effort than usual. I had to spend extra time repeating some basic info during calls and repeating preferences that I thought were already noted. While the calling tools and dialer were responsive, the database felt less intuitive than what I was used to, so some adjustments were needed. The invoicing process was straightforward but didn't offer much flexibility for the hours I actually worked, which I found a little frustrating. So overall, the better software features had to be balanced against the more laborious signup and training flow. I’d say the transition was manageable but required patience on my part.
