The onboarding started off okay, but some of the labels in the training modules didn't make much sense right away. It felt like I had to guess what a few buttons or options were supposed to do, which slowed me down. Later, when I reached the calling tool setup, things became clearer. However, the initial confusion meant the effort to get fully comfortable was higher than anticipated. I appreciate that the update notifications helped me figure out changes in the dialer, though. Overall, I finished the onboarding but with mixed feelings — I can work through it, but the wording could definitely be better. A few database features were also confusing, especially how they referenced client data fields. They should polish the terminology to reduce the guesswork for new users. The invoicing and payment process was straightforward enough and went as expected. Telephonic support was decent; they answered quickly but sometimes weren't fully clear about the software terminology. So, some things worked well and others could improve, making it an average experience.
