Took more effort than expected to understand labels
Honestly, the wording and labels used during the sales and pre-purchase process were confusing and required too much effort for me to make sense of them initially. I found myself going back and forth on the website trying to decode what each option meant, especially the sections about signing up and invoicing. While the basic steps were there, the terminology was not intuitive and sometimes felt inconsistent. Eventually, after several calls to telephonic support, I gathered that the billing descriptions and payment process could have been made clearer. On the plus side, the automatic updates feature was explained well enough in the end, which at least helped me understand how the software stays current. Still, I expected a smoother onboarding flow even before buying, and the disconnect between labels and actual meanings slowed me down more than I anticipated. For someone trying to quickly get going with the calling tools and database, these unclear labels add unnecessary delays and frustrations. I hope the company considers refining their wording to better match user expectations in future versions. That would really help reduce the effort involved in starting out, because the current setup isn’t the easiest to navigate without some background or assistance.
