Took me some time to figure things out but got there eventually
The overall sales and pre-purchase experience with WFHI was surprisingly low-key from my side. It wasn’t packed with flashy presentations or overwhelming details. Instead, I found myself having to sort out quite a bit on my own — understanding the database setup, learning how the dialer operates, and navigating the invoicing and payment steps without constant guidance. This took some time, maybe a few days longer than I originally thought, but it wasn’t unpleasant. The training material was there, but I preferred exploring the software live and discovering workflows as I went along. I think if someone wants something low fuss, not too pressurized, and a chance to take their time to learn, this will suit them well. There’s a fair bit of autonomy, but that could be tricky if you prefer fully guided onboarding. Support was generally willing to assist when I reached out. Overall, it was a mild experience but I believe the approach fits what some people seek — you simply have to be patient and willing to work stuff out yourself.
