took me just over a week to get comfortable
I have to say, the training and onboarding process with the WFHI software was pretty chill overall. There was definitely a bunch of stuff I had to figure out myself since not everything was spoon-fed in the training sessions. The videos and docs were helpful, but some of the advanced features like the dialer setup and database management took me a few tries and some experimentation before I actually felt confident using them day to day. The onboarding walkthrough was clear enough to get me started, but I ended up customizing stuff based on my actual workflow which wasn’t fully covered by the default tutorials. Honestly, the automatic updates didn’t cause me any trouble and it was nice not having to worry about that. Signing up and payments were straightforward too, no weird surprises there. I think overall the process took me around a week before I stopped feeling like I was fumbling around trying to make sense of it all. Once I got past that hump, I started to appreciate how handy the calling and database features actually are. Definitely some quirks, but manageable if you’re willing to put in a bit of self-driven effort.
