Took me forever to even figure out where to start
I tried using the software several times but the wording and labels really confused me. For instance, there was one moment when I was trying to find the dialer, and the label said something like "Call Manager," Which threw me off completely. I wasted a good amount of time trying to guess which section did what because the terms didn’t feel intuitive at all. The instructions in training also felt vague or too technical without concrete examples. Because of this, I kept having to hunt around without real guidance, which was frustrating. It honestly took a lot of effort just to reach any point where I felt comfortable using the tools.
