Took me about an hour, but pretty painless overall
I spent roughly an hour exploring the WFHI platform before I completed my sign-up and started the onboarding process. Initially, I was a bit overwhelmed by the multitude of features, especially the dialer and database tools. However, the navigation menu helped me locate what I needed without too many detours. The training videos were clear and helped clarify some of the more complicated steps, like linking client databases and setting up remote workflows effectively. I appreciated that the automatic updates happened quietly in the background during my first working week, so there was no disruption. Checking out the payment process, signing up and receiving invoices was smooth and without surprises, enhancing my confidence as I went along. Overall, it did take a while to fully get my bearings, but the interface didn’t cause any real headaches, and the telephonic support was available when I needed quick answers. For someone investing in WFHI’s software and training, this onboarding timeframe is reasonable and doesn’t feel rushed or dragged out unnecessarily.
