So I wasn’t really sure what to expect from the support when I first reached out for help while trying to set up the calling tools and dialer. I figured it might be quick but the response took longer than I assumed, probably a day or so. When I did get through, the team was polite and explained some things clearly but I felt like some details were still a bit vague which made subsequent calls necessary. The telephonic support basically matched my general expectations, neither impressive nor disappointing. I guess what I expected was maybe a bit more immediate help at the start but they did eventually assist me well enough. In general, the experience was mixed: a bit slow but effective after some back and forth. So overall, the wait was a bit longer than I would have liked but support wasn’t unhelpful either, just not as prompt as hoped.
