Signing up was pretty straightforward but it took some time to understand how the invoicing actually worked. Like I had to figure out some steps on my own before I got the order right and paid properly. The order of activities was logical once you knew it but not so obvious at first glance. Payment confirmation came through for sure but I waited a bit before I could handle the next step in the software. Also the billing history was a bit confusing and I had to call support to clarify some points, which added to the time. Luckily the support was patient, although not super fast. All in all, it took longer than I thought to get the billing and payments sorted perfectly. Hopefully this process may be a bit more streamlined going forward because it did slow things down a little for me.
