Honestly, after going through the pre-purchase process a few times, I can say that this software behaves steadily over the days rather than impressing immediately. The initial sign-up was smooth but took more back-and-forth than I’d hoped for. Then the actual usage felt slower to pick up speed, though everyday the interface felt a bit more familiar. What I appreciate most is that the dialer and database updates keep working consistently as days pass, which isn’t always the case with others I’ve seen. The customer support responses also continued being on point when I needed them again. So compared to the big hype around instant results, this was more a slow but steady utility in practice. It’s a decent software if you are patient with the setup and daily usage pace rather than expecting quick surprises.
