I was hoping that the onboarding would be pretty straightforward, especially since I don't have much

I was hoping that the onboarding would be pretty straightforward, especially since I don't have much time to spare in my day. When I first accessed the training modules, I found the layout a bit confusing. It took me a while before I actually found the resources I needed to start using the calling tools effectively. I guess part of it was me not being too familiar with the terminology they use, so I had to go back and forth between sections. On the plus side, once I was familiar, the automatic updates helped keep things current without too much hassle. However, I’m still unsure if I’m fully comfortable using the dialer optimally because some of the instructions felt a bit vague. Overall, it wasn’t a smooth process right away, but I think with a bit more practice and clearer guidance, it could get easier for me.
