Took longer than I expected, but the process was thorough
Starting with WFHI, I wasn’t sure how long the onboarding would take, but it turned out to be a mixed experience. Initially, signing up was straightforward and the invoicing was transparent, which I appreciated right off the bat. Then I moved on to exploring the software itself. Setting up the database to fit my work style took several hours across a couple of days because the interface was not as intuitive for me without guidance. Training sessions helped with some key features, but sometimes I found the modules a bit too fast-paced, and I needed to review parts multiple times. Support was there by phone when I needed, but occasionally I had to wait longer than expected for assistance, which slowed down my progress. One surprise was how the automatic updates sometimes changed the layout or options, causing me to relearn steps unexpectedly. However, once I progressed past the early stages, the dialer and calling tools worked reliably, making daily use smoother. All things considered, the longer start-up didn’t discourage me because the system seems well-suited for ongoing use after the initial adjustment period.
