I expected the billing and payment to be a simpler fit with the hours I was actually working. Honestly, the invoicing and payment steps felt kind of stretched out over time, which didn't align well with my schedule. I found myself having to wait on confirmations and sometimes the automatic updates didn’t sync properly with the dates I was available to work remotely. The software access itself was fine, but the timing around payments and invoicing often clashed with how I structured my day. The sign-up process was fine initially, yet over the following weeks, delays in support responses sometimes made it harder to get back to business. I wouldn’t say it was outright unusable, but certainly more time-consuming than I hoped. I ended up spending extra time on calls that could have been quicker if the billing matched my actual hours better. So while the software and training aspects had promise, the payment fit just wasn't quite right for me.
