It took more time than I initially thought to really get a clear picture of how the billing and payments worked with WFHI. The explanations provided were fairly basic and didn’t cover some of the nuances that I encountered after signing up. Because of that, I had to spend additional time going over invoices and payment details to make sense of what was due and when. The process itself wasn’t overly complicated, but clarity was lacking in areas like invoice breakdowns and the timing of automatic deductions. The sign-up and payment interface were functional, but some of the descriptions and steps weren’t exactly straightforward, especially for someone new to this kind of service. I wouldn’t say the system is bad; it just requires more effort from the user to fully understand its billing mechanics. I suppose it worked in the end, but the way it was explained could definitely improve to save time and confusion in the future.
