When I first started looking into the WFHI software, I found some of the wording and labels confusing, which slowed me down a bit during configuration. It took me more time than I hoped to figure out how to navigate the database and use the calling tools effectively. On the plus side, the interface was consistent in some areas, making it easier once I got the hang of things. However, there were parts of the training that didn't clarify these labels sufficiently. For example, some buttons had ambiguous names that didn't quite match their function, which made my setup a bit frustrating at times. I imagine people new to remote workflow software might experience similar issues. That said, once I adjusted, the automatic updates seemed to improve stability and fixed a few minor annoyances I initially faced with the dialer. Another thing is that the sign-up and payment process were straightforward and smooth, which helped me not lose patience early on. Support was available but not immediately responsive, so that added some wait time. Overall, it did the job but felt slower to start than I wanted, mostly because of unclear wording and labeling throughout the onboarding flow.
