When I started with WFHI's training and onboarding, I expected to quickly understand how to use the software and calling tools because initially, the process seemed straightforward. However, across the days of using the system, I found that some features, particularly the database and dialer integration, didn't work as seamlessly as I hoped. Day to day, I spent more time troubleshooting or figuring out small workflow glitches than I anticipated. Even though the automatic updates arrived without issue, they sometimes changed layout elements, which meant I had to relearn certain steps frequently. While the initial training was clear enough, the ongoing learning curve was tougher, and the support responses were polite but occasionally repetitive, which slowed down my progress. It's fair to say the software has potential, but for someone who needs smooth daily use without extra effort, it may require patience and persistence. The invoicing and payment process went smoothly enough, so at least that part was not an inconvenience during this drawn-out adjustment period.
