took longer than expected to make sense of labels

I was pretty casual going through the sales and pre-purchase info but I noticed it took quite a bit longer than I thought it would to really get a hang of the labels and wording they used. Nothing was blatantly wrong but some of the terms seemed a bit vague or maybe too technical for someone like me who isn’t super familiar with all the jargon. I kept pausing to reread things and check what exactly the options meant before deciding how to move ahead. It wasn’t frustrating but definitely slower than I expected. Some parts of the database and dialer descriptions were just a bit dense and didn’t flow well, which made the overall info harder to absorb quickly. They should probably consider rephrasing some of the technical bits and maybe add some examples or a quick guide with the sales info. Once I dug in though, the details started to fall into place and overall it was fine, just not very fast to comprehend right away. So if someone like me is newish, expecting a quick read might lead to some delays. So yeah, time did drag out a bit mostly because of the wording complexity or labeling.
