took longer than expected to get the hang of the labels

The time it took me to figure out what all the labels and wording meant was frustratingly long. The support tried to help, but honestly the naming conventions inside the software lacked clarity. It wasn’t always obvious what each button would trigger or which database sections referred to certain client categories. I suppose once you get used to it, it does the job, but I spent more time than I expected cross-checking terms and guessing meanings. The telephonic support was fine when I reached out about these confusions but it didn’t speed things up much. So while the software and calling tools eventually worked out well enough, the confusing labels slowed me down significantly. It felt like a practical problem where the interface could have been designed with clearer instructions or more intuitive terms instead of jargon. The sign-up and payment part was straightforward at least and didn’t add to the delay, so that’s one positive in this mostly slow start. But honestly, the learning curve was a bigger challenge than necessary due to the naming and wording inside the program.
