I spent quite a bit of time figuring out the access parts of the software, and honestly, I’m not sure I wouldn’t need more help again next time around. The initial sign-up was simple enough, and I got my invoice with no issues, which was a relief. But when I started using the dialer, things weren’t as smooth. It sometimes froze or lagged during calls, and even though automatic updates were supposed to fix bugs, I felt like new glitches replaced old ones. The database feature was okay, but it took longer than I anticipated to understand how it fits with my workflow, so I kept having to refer back to the training materials. Support was reachable by phone, but it wasn’t as quick or straightforward as I’d hoped when I hit technical snags. So while some parts like invoicing were fine, I’m left worried about needing repeated assistance before I can really use the system without interruptions.
