I went in expecting to quickly find what I needed to understand about the packages and features, like I usually do with other platforms, but it took way more time than I thought it would. The information was somewhat scattered across the website and the training materials, so I had to go back and forth to piece things together. I did eventually get what I was looking for, but it required a lot more effort than I prefer. One positive was that the basic details were there, just not as accessible as I hoped. Considering how many options I usually review when making decisions, this felt slower and less streamlined than usual, which was a bit frustrating overall and made me cautious about proceeding.
