Took longer than expected to finish software setup
Setting up the software took noticeably more time than I had anticipated. While initial configuration was done without too much trouble, the ongoing adjustments required throughout the first week made me realize that the process isn't entirely one-off. There were multiple occasions where I had to revisit settings and tweak parameters to suit the workflow better. The software itself is functional and the database feature works fine once set up, but I found the setup phase to be more involved than I hoped. On the plus side, the telephonic support was reachable and offered adequate guidance, which helped smooth the journey. A minor reservation I have is that some of the automated updates seemed to reset or alter parts of the settings, requiring extra attention. Overall, while the software is quite capable, the time and effort needed for full setup is something to keep in mind if you’re trying to start quickly. After the initial setup, day-to-day usability improved and routine tasks became easier.
