Took longer than expected to figure things out alone
I approached the WFHI service expecting a fairly guided experience, where sales and pre-purchase information would be clearly outlined by their team. Instead, much of what I needed to know, especially practical details about the software’s functions, seemed left for me to discover on my own. This made the initial weeks somewhat frustrating as I had to piece together operating instructions, pricing nuances, and the payment process without straightforward explanations up front. Compared to other platforms I’ve tried, where pre-purchase consultations made onboarding near effortless, this felt like a step back. The time spent not only learning features but also how to navigate invoices and support contacts added up significantly. I acknowledge that the software itself performed acceptably when finally in use, so that’s a positive point. Still, I had imagined a more proactive sales approach, including comprehensive previews and clearer references to training availability. Instead, I invested a fair amount of time working things out myself, which is not ideal when balancing multiple workstreams and looking for efficient solutions to remote workflow needs.
