I initially thought signing up and getting oriented with the software would be straightforward. But the onboarding flow dragged on, mostly because of some hiccups on my side and the way pre-purchase follow-ups were handled. I had to repeat certain information multiple times, which felt redundant. Sometimes it felt like the team was not immediately prepared for unusual situations, and that extended the timeline. However, once I got past those initial glitches, the calling tools and dialer worked fairly well in daily use. It made me realize that even though the pre-purchase handling wasn’t perfect, the actual software had potential to help with remote workflows. Still, it did take quite a bit longer than I’d hoped to settle everything completely, but I guess that’s typical when starting something new. What mattered most was finally getting into a rhythm with the database updates and knowing support was reachable if needed.
