Took longer than expected to feel comfortable using it
I remember the moment I finally felt confident using the WFHI software was after nearly a week of wrestling with the interface and trying to make sense of the calling tools and database features. At first, access was tricky because I wasn’t sure if the automatic updates were causing changes or if I was missing steps during onboarding. The telephonic support was at least reachable, though the answers sometimes felt like they only skimmed the surface, which didn’t boost my confidence. During this initial stretch, invoicing and payment setup seemed straightforward, so that part didn’t add to the stress. But honestly, I was hesitant about diving in fully until I was sure how everything would flow in a typical workday, which took longer than I wanted. That one afternoon when I finally set up the dialer properly and made a successful call that connected immediately was the turning point. It made me realize that perhaps the learning curve was just part of the package, but overall, I wasn’t as comfortable by the end of the week as I thought I might be. I think if the onboarding was more tailored or the updates explained better, I might have gained confidence faster. Still, the software is there and works, just took its time clicking for me.
