Took longer than expected, kind of disappointing
I was hoping that the telephonic support would be much more responsive and helpful throughout my experience. I reached out multiple times but the responses seemed delayed and not very clear, which was not what I expected before subscribing. The communication did not fully meet my expectations, and this made the whole onboarding and usage quite frustrating at times. Because of the delays, I had to spend extra time figuring things out myself, which was disappointing. Although the software functionality seemed promising, the support aspect definitely did not keep up with that. I ended up feeling that the overall experience could have been smoother if the support was more efficient and prompt.
