Took longer than expected, but understandable
The whole sales and pre-purchase information took quite a bit longer than I initially expected. The labels and wording on the website were a mixed bag because while some of the terms used were clear and easy to follow, others felt a bit vague or overloaded with jargon. This led me to spend extra time clarifying what exactly would be included with the software and training package. On the positive side, the platform was quite responsive when I tried to explore the database features and calling tools, making some aspects straightforward from the start. However, the initial confusion due to inconsistent labeling slowed things down more than I would have liked. I appreciated the patience of the support team, although I wish the explanations could have been a bit more streamlined to make the sign-up process quicker. Overall, it was an okay experience but with room for clarity improvements.
