Took longer than expected but the steps were mostly logical
The sign-up and pre-purchase stages were logically arranged although they took more time than I anticipated. First, I had to go through a detailed process of understanding the software features and available training options. Then came the paperwork and payment steps, which involved receiving and reviewing invoices before finalizing. While the sequencing made sense, the overall timeline felt stretched because each step required manual confirmations. I appreciated clear communication throughout, but on a few occasions waiting for responses slowed progress. The onboarding flow afterwards was smooth, which balanced out the earlier pace. Before purchasing, I would have liked a slightly faster process or faster visibility into the timeline for each step. Still, the thorough approach gave me confidence that nothing was skipped or overlooked. The balance of thoroughness and duration is what stood out to me about how the pre-purchase journey unfolded. Given that, I think potential users should allow for extra time but can expect a reasonably sensible order in the procedures they need to follow.
