Took longer than expected but settled into a smooth routine
The billing and payment interface worked pretty well day to day after the initial setup. Initially, I found that completing the invoicing for my account took longer than I would have liked; the steps weren't as intuitive at first glance, which delayed the process beyond my expectations. However, once that hurdle was overcome, the recurring payments and invoice generation happened quite smoothly with minimal fuss. Automatic updates didn't disrupt the payment system and actually improved transaction stability over time. I appreciated that the customer support helpline was responsive whenever I encountered a small glitch or question regarding charges, though I think the documentation could be more detailed to reduce those calls. In summary, the entire system’s day-to-day behavior improved with use but could benefit greatly from a faster and clearer initial payment setup flow.
