Reflecting on my experience with the sales and pre-purchase process, I acknowledge that it took more time than I initially anticipated. The sign-up and payment stages were straightforward, and the invoices arrived on schedule which I appreciated. However, the onboarding and training components extended longer than I expected, mainly due to the pace at which I had to adapt to using the calling tools, dialer, and the database. I see this as a two-sided coin because while the slower process gave me some room to understand the software better, it also meant I couldn’t get fully up to speed quickly. The telephonic support team was available and generally helpful but sometimes the wait to receive answers was longer than ideal. At the same time, I realize that acquiring new skills and adjusting to a system designed for remote workflow inherently demands some patience. Automatic updates went fine and didn’t disrupt my workflow. Looking ahead, I would consider seeking help again if new features or modules arise, especially since some parts of the system did require additional guidance. Overall, although it took more time than I thought, the process was still manageable and I believe future experiences could be smoother with improved pacing and support.
